Job Duties:

This position is responsible for great customer service and other retail responsibilities as assigned by the Retail Manager. Ensure an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service at all times. Working well with all ages of general public. Attend weekly store meetings. Learn and stock merchandise. Accurately and efficiently ring up customer sales. Maintain orderly appearance of register area. Maintain awareness of current promotions and advertisements. Adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Clean store. Maintain sales floor, including folding shirts, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and any other activity assigned by manager. Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Complete training program in a reasonable amount of time. Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques. Assist cashiers and other retail staff as needed. Open and close store, carry keys, disarm and arm alarm system. Other duties as assigned.

Special Requirements:

Some of the time may be spent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, much of the time will be spent standing, walking, sitting, and reaching. Expect to lift up to 25 lbs. Some other physical demands can come from continuous cash register work, sales floor work, and events work.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on tenure, experience, skill, or performance. Employer is offering paid on the job training. Employer is offering up to 5 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Optional employer housing will be available at a cost of $126/week. Must be at least 18 years of age. Employer reserves the right to do randomized drug tests at the expense of the employer. A pre-employment criminal background check will be required at the employer's expense.
