Job Duties:

Clean tables; remove dirty dishes; replace soiled table linens; set tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; supply service bar with food; and serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons. Serve food to customers when servers need assistance. Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas and mop or vacuum floors. The employer will offer 35 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times 6am-1:30pm, 1pm-8:30pm, 4:30pm-12am. Shifts include 30 minutes unpaid break time. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary with occupancy. Tipped position with a guaranteed rate of pay $12.73 per hour. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage. The employer guarantees the wage offered for hours worked if allowed tip credit does not make the hourly wage equal to or exceed $12.73 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. One meal during shift will be provided at no charge to the worker. Overtime may be available with management approval. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $19.10 per hour. The employer will provide daily transportation from housing to and from the worksite.

Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Must be able to stand & bend repetitively during shift. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. Pre-employment criminal background check required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Subject to post-injury/incident or reasonable suspicion drug testing, employer paid, applied equally to all workers, U.S. & foreign/H-2B. Applicant must complete an employment application. Required uniform provided at no charge to the worker.
