- The Front Desk Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient front office operations. This role includes greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support smooth daily operations. Greet guests professionally and provide friendly, helpful customer service. Perform check-in and check-out procedures using reservation or property management systems. Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist guests with questions, requests, or concerns. Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
(6) workers needed. Dates of need: 10/1/26-5/31/27. 3 months experience necessary. Rotating shifts. Workdays: Mon-Sun. Work hours: 7am-11pm. Rate of pay: $16.82-$26/hr based on performance, $25.23-$39/hr overtime. Workers paid biweekly. 35 hours/wk. Optional housing provided for $140/week with a $300 deposit, refundable upon completing of contract & housing inspection. Bonus of $500 for first time returners, $1,000 for those who are returning for the 2nd time or more as well as Christmas bonus gift card on Thanksgiving. Uniforms and shift meals provided. Work is temporary full time employment. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. May get up to 10 hours of overtime when available. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence (including reasonable cost of overnight lodging where necessary up to $110/night for lodging with receipts.) at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i) by inclusion in the paycheck for the applicable week. Employer will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period, consistent with § 655.20(j)(1)(ii); H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer will provide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge to the worker, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
