Job Duties:
Assess the firm's operational training needs across all departments and staff levels. Design and develop training programs, standard operating procedures, and instructional materials covering case intake, case management, client communication, billing procedures, and contractor coordination workflows. Deliver training programs to attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff. Evaluate training effectiveness and revise materials based on participant feedback and operational outcomes. Compile all training materials and operational procedures into a permanent firm operations manual for ongoing internal use. Coordinate with department leads to identify knowledge gaps and align training content with firm operational standards. Maintain records of training activities, participation, and completion across all staff levels. Prepare existing staff to independently maintain and operate all systems upon conclusion of the engagement.

Special Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law or closely related field required. Minimum 24 months of experience in training, development, or closely related position required. Must be able to lift and carry weights sufficient to move materials necessary to complete assigned tasks. Intermediate English skills required. Use of office equipment including computers, presentation software, learning management systems, and document management platforms. 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 9 AM to 6 PM. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed. Employer will rely on worker's own representations and observations of worker to assess if worker meets the physical ability requirements stated here.
