Deberes Laborales:

Winter prune, and thin blossoms and fruit from peach trees. Harvest peaches by hand at correct ripeness and pack into shipping boxes. Must be able to climb up and down ladder with 30 pound pack on back. Must be able to pick 10 bushel bags of fruit per hour for job retention. Will also perform orchard cleanup. One (1) month pruning and fruit harvesting experience is required. The employer will provide no training and allow zero days for the worker to reach the production standards.

EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE WORKER REFERRED THROUGH THE INTERSTATE CLEARANCE SYSTEM 40 HOURS OF WORK FOR THE WEEK BEGINNING WITH THE ANTICIPATED DATE OF NEED, UNLESS THE EMPLOYER HAS AMENDED THE DATE OF NEED BY NOTIFYING THE LOCAL OFFICE NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF NEED. IF EMPLOYER FAILS TO NOTIFY THE ORDER-HOLDING OFFICE, THEN THE EMPLOYER SHALL PAY AN ELIGIBLE WORKER REFERRED THROUGH THE CLEARANCE SYSTEM FOR THE FIRST WEEK STARTING WITH THE ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED DATE OF NEED. EMPLOYER WILL REQUIRE WORKER TO PERFORM ALTERNATIVE WORK IF THE GUARANTEE CITED IN THIS SECTION IS INVOKED. THE ALTERNATIVE WORK AND PAY IS: ORCHARD CLEANUP: $427.60/WEEK
