Deberes Laborales:

Breed, raise and care for exotic game animals, including deer, elk, East African Oryx, turkeys, peacocks, peahens, burros and horses. Assist in birth deliveries. Record and monitor new births and protect them from predators. Retrieve shed antlers for storage and to prevent injuries. Feed and medicate manually. Clean and maintain animal housing areas. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Work tools, supplies and equipment provided by employer. Housing provided at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return home the same day. Transportation and subsistence expenses to worksite provided by employer no later than completion of 50% of work contract. Random drug testing may be performed post-hire by employer.

Solimar EE, LLC is a fixed site employer. It exclusively owns and operates the work location at 702 County Road 166, Long Branch, TX 75669 in Long Branch, TX. Solimar EE, LLC has its corporate office headquartered in Iberia, LA, where all administrative functions are housed, but it is also the sole owner of the farm property in Center, TX. Employer may pay higher wage rate to workers that have experience or tenure with employer. H-2A workers are exempt from U.S. Social Security and Medicare withholding, however, all required taxes and withholdings will be made for U.S. workers. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill. and tenure. After January 1, 2020, overtime will be paid at one and half times the regular rate for any hours worked in excess of 60 hours, and any hours voluntarily worked on a worker's day of rest.
