Deberes Laborales:
Take order, advise kitchen of items ordered, serve/deliver food and beverage products to resort guests, present check to guest, clear table/remove tray and restock mini fridge with beverage items in guest room; assist with open/close of restaurant or food and beverage area; set-up, clean, tear down work station; prepare side work. Minimum 35 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Multiple 8 hour shifts between 6:00am-11:00pm. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy.

Pre-employment criminal background check and drug test required, cost paid by employer. Must be able to work a 5 day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. Applicant must complete an employment application. The pre-employment criminal background check and drug test indicated in Section F.b. Item 5 do not favor either U.S. or H-2B workers, they are conducted on an equal basis for all employees. To ensure a fair and ethical practice for ALL applicants, we clearly disclose the pre-employment criminal background check and drug test requirement in our job order, and in our application for temporary labor certification. As part of our interview process, U.S. applicants and H-2B applicants are told they will be subject to a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test. Any employee, whether a U.S. or H-2B, in violation of our pre-employment criminal background check or drug test would not be hired. Without question, the pre-employment criminal background check and drug test will be administered equally between all U.S. and H-2B workers, and all costs associated is paid for by our company. Again, the same standards apply equally to all potential U.S. and H-2B employees-regardless of national origin, sex, race, etc. Please note that these practices are the same practices that are used by other non-H-2B employers in the industry. $12.66/hr. Tip position w/guaranteed prevailing wage of $12.66/hr (allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet prevailing wage. Employer will guarantee prevailing wage for hours worked when allowed tip credit does not make hourly wage equal or exceed the prevailing wage of $12.66/hr). Employer may increase wage based on experience and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available, but not guaranteed at $18.99/hr. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law and deduct approved cost of housing if worker elects. Optional employee only shared housing, approximate rate $165-$175 weekly plus approximate $200 deposit. Utilities, basic cable and internet included. Worksite is within walking distance of public bus stop. Optional employee onsite parking provided, rate $17.07 bi-weekly. Parking transponder (onsite parking lot entry), one-time $10 non-refundable fee. On the job training provided.
